At the ANZ Ismaili Games, you are able to select 2 sports at the local level however you will be able to select only 1 sport at the National level. This is a great opportunity for you to participate and compete against other people for the sport you wish to select.

As this event will lead to the Global Encounters Festival 2024, it is key to note that you will only be able to participate in ONE (1) Sport for Jubilee Games. We recommend choosing your sports wisely and understanding the impact on other people based on the sport you select to play at the Global Encounters Festival 2024 and at ANZ Ismaili Games 2023.

In addition, it is important to know that in ANZ you will be able to participate in both the ANZ Arts Festival 2023 and ANZ Ismaili Games 2023. If you wish to participate in the Global Encounters Festival 2024, you can only select to be either an Athlete OR an Artist at the Global Encounters Festival 2024 and will not be able to participate as both an Athlete or Artist. Please select wisely and ensure that you understand the impact on other people.

Registration - I confirm that the information I have supplied in this form for the Local Ismaili Games is true and accurate and I understand that any incomplete or misleading information may affect the Participant’s eligibility to participate in the tournament. Should the participant require emergency medical treatment, I also understand that any incomplete or misleading medical information will affect the medical treatment administered to the participant. I understand that I am obliged to correct and update any personal and medical information where it has changed, and I accept full responsibility for any loss or injury resulting from the reliance upon any old or inaccurate information that I provide. I also understand that if registration fee is unpaid by the closing date of registration, my entry may be forfeited.

Medical - In the event of a medical emergency, I hereby authorise emergency treatment to be administered by a qualified staff member. I also give permission to be transported by ambulance to an emergency centre or hospital if needed. I further accept responsibility for all expenses incurred for the medical treatment in case of an emergency.

Release - I release, indemnify and hold harmless Social Development Inc, including His Highness Prince Aga Khan Shia Imami Ismaili Council for Australia and New Zealand, its portfolios, members, staff, volunteers and agents (including the AKYSB and Tournament Team Members) from all liability, claim or expense, however arising, in anyway connected to the Participant’s involvement with the Tournament.
